Return & Refund Policy
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines can not be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous substances or flammable liquids or gases.

If the item was marked as a gift, when it is bought and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.
If the item was not drawn as a gift when it was bought, or the gift giver had the order that was shipped to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you get a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you ship an item over $ 50 , you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
